“I’m in the best shape of my life” Galen Rupp says these words at the Prague Marathon press conference, after the sub 60:00 at Romas-Ostia Half Marathon in Italy he understood his real level of shape after good marathon trainings.
He will follow the pacers (63:00 / 63:15 at HM) and then if he fells good, he will improve the pace.
